Sizing: How to Choose Your Size
How to measure your wrist size: Measure the circumferance of your wrist with a cloth tape measure. If you don’t have a cloth tape measure, you can measure with a piece of string, carefully mark or cut the string to the right size, and then place the string along a ruler to see the length.
If you are between sizes: We recommend you err towards the smaller size, as every bracelet comes with extra links so you can increase the size if necessery. For most people it is probably better to do it this way than order a bracelet that is too loose.
If you do not know which size to get: Perhaps this bracelet is a gift for someone else or you cannot measure your wrist. As a point of reference, according to Beaverbrooks it is estimated that the average male wrist size is 18.42cm . For women, they say the average wrist size is between 15cm-16cm. If you order a bracelet that is too small, we will be happy to weave some extra length to it for you for a fee if you send it back to us (postage at buyer’s expense), or you can use a chain extender to increase the length yourself.
Please select the wrist size from the drop down menu, or select “custom (small)”.
Custom Sizing
The option “custom (small) is for wrists smaller than 15cm. If you require a larger bracelet size than is listed, please use the contact form to let us know and arrange a custom order for you.
Why does the price increase for larger sizes?
The price increases for larger sizes to reflect the extra time and labour involved in making the extra length. This type of bracelet can only be made by hand, and is quite fiddly. Making these bracelets can involve strain on eyes, hands and back, and requires concentration.
