Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unused and in their original state and packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Wis Frogga receiving an approved return. Please note this does not apply to custom orders or sanitary products. Please see the subsection “Non-refundable items” for information.
How to cancel your order or request a refund:
Returns and refunds must be requested and approved. To cancel an order or request a refund for a faulty item, please use the contact form. Returns sent without being requested will not be accepted.
You will receive instructions for where to return your item, and a further 14 days to return your item (s) from when we send instructions. If you have not received instructions after 3 business days, please contact us again.
Wis Frogga will notify you once we have inspected your return and approved your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of Wis Frogga receiving a returned order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you are returning an item.
Non-refundable items
For custom orders and sanitary products, returns/ refunds will only be offered if the item is faulty.
Wis Frogga retains the right to reject returns and refunds for: no-longer-wanted items that were bought in person, e.g. at a market; for items that were listed as faulty or damaged (either in the listing title or description); if you have damaged an item through misuse or attempts to modify the item.
Downloadable products and gift cards are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges for the same product may be possible but cannot be guaranteed as some products are one of a kind or are in limited stock. The quickest way for you to get the item you want is to repurchase it after returning it, but if you cannot find it on sale on the website then please contact us to ask if it is possible for your product to be replaced. Please do not be too disappointed if there are no more the exact same.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and notify us of any issues so that we can evaluate and rectify it. We may ask for photos of the issue.
It’s been 14 days and I still haven’t received my refund
It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
