Where does Wis Frogga ship to?
Wis Frogga currently offers UK delivery.
When will international delivery become available?
We intend to add international delivery options soon. Unfortunately, providing international delivery is more complicated than providing UK delivery because Wis Frogga is UK based. Therefore we have to consider the extra work of filling in and understanding customs forms complying with import laws of the recipient country. This is especially more complicated after Brexit.
The first international delivery will be made available to the EU and then other countries. If you would like us to look into sending to your country, please use the feedback form or social media to let us know. I am just a little, neurodivergent frog with a headache, but I will try my best for you.
Can I collect my order?
In the run up to events we’re selling at, a free collection option will become available for those events.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping currently costs £4.50 for tracked (not signed) UK delivery and a tracking number will be sent to you. For orders with age restricted items (smoking pipes), the shipping will be £8 tracked and you will need to provide ID upon delivery. If you purchase an age restricted item, please make sure you have ID when receiving your parcel, or you may not be able to receive it. It is your responsibility to make sure you are old enough and have ID.
How long will shipping take?
For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch in 3-5 business days, and then ship with 48 hour tracking. If you still have not received your parcel or a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us. For made to order items, wait times can be longer depending on the item. In this case, please send a message using the contact form if you have any questions or concerns.
What about Christmas orders?
The Christmas period is a very busy time for post. Please order with plenty of time. The last day to order from us and still guarantee it gets to you in time for Christmas is Wednesday 18th December, and we will make sure it’s sent out and in the post to you by 20th December.
